Plants are have been known to carry their own energy. The art of smudging, with burning dry sage herbs while focusing on our own rituals and prayers helps clear negative unwanted energy. Smudging cleanses, re-balances and opens fresh energy so we can move forward. Negative energy holds us from living a positive and authentic life.
