What the heck is a Tillandsia?
My crystal is not filling an emotional void like I thought it would. Can the crystals change my mood?
While we strive inspire and generally make the world a better place we can not guarantee your happiness. Our crystals include the healing properties and sadly do not contain any specific "mood changers." However, we've noticed happiness is most easily found in providing enjoyable experience for others. Perhaps gifting one of our Lucky Air Plant + Crystals for for someone you love would do the trick. Amethyst is our most popular and best selling crystal. My emotional void was not filled because my order never made it. And what if it was broken or defective in some way?
I sense you are inquiring about a refund. We apologize for your inconvenience. Please notify us within 3 business days from the "delivered date" concerning your order. Send an e-mail to hello@luckyairplant.com, including your Order ID, and a photo of the item with the packaging present. You will receive a reply within 2 business days. Unfortunately, fertilizer and live plants can not be returned.
Help my holster has come off the crystal!
Many stones are very porous which means sometimes the holster comes off the crystal. We are so sorry! If this happens it is an easy fix with hot glue or E6000 adhesive. We are happy to send a repair kit or answer any questions you may have. We can also repair it and send it back to you. Please contact hello@luckyairplant.com.
We don't accept returns or cancellations
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order! We want our customers 100% happy. Due to the nature of live plants please be very sure you love your purchase. Often we ship immediately so cancellations are generally not an option. Please make sure you want your order prior to purchasing.
How quickly will my order to arrive at my doorstep?
We know you are excited for your Lucky Air Plant experience and we are excited for you too. We do our best to be quick like a bunny in getting your order to you. Here are a few things to keep in mind.
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will ship within 2 to 4 days. Often times we ship the day we receive the order so cancellations are generally not an option. USPS first class is typically 3-5 business days. If you still have not received your purchase after 7 days, please notify hello@luckyairplant.com. All orders are shipped US Postal Service. Flat rates are shown upon check out and Priority options are available as well. Anything over 1 lb will ship Priority which is typically a 1-3 day delivery.
Lucky Air Plant is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. If a package is severely delayed due to the shipping carrier, please contact us directly and we will help as much as we can to track down the missing package. Lucky Air Plant is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the shipping carrier. Once the item has been shipped, it is out of our control.
We are only able ship live plants within the United States. Sadly we can not ship live plants out of the US. We do have a faux option available if you would like to do that. Please email us so we can get you a shipping quote.
