Return & Exchanges

 We hope this is not the case but please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist and figure something out. If you do need to return please keep in mind that the entire order must be returned in like new condition in the same gift box/packaging. You will be responsible for any damage or items that may be missing. You will also need to return any bonus gifts you may have received. Shipping and insurance will be your responsibility as well. We do not refund shipping charges. Please realize we are a very small company and returning items although at times necessary cost our business, time and money. Before you purchase please make sure this will be something you will love. Items to be returned must be shipped back in 7 days from receipt of order.

Fertilizer and Plants may not be returned.

After we receive your purchase and it has been determined to be in new condition we will get a refund to you for your order. If a plant is dead or gift box damaged the cost of those will be taken out of return. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.  

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this can take up to 7 days to process. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Regular priced items may be refunded, SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@luckyairplant.com


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Pack your return with packaging material that will secure the safety of your items.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, if it does not arrive at our studio we can not refund your order. Please consider insurance or tracking such as USPS Priority mail.
